Install Kubernetes with KOps on Azure Government using Windows SubSystem Linux (WLS)

This article will walk through how to install a Kubernetes Cluster on Azure for Government using KOps. Note these steps can be replicated outside of Government Microsoft. There is however a Trick that needs to be used to get this to work with Azure Gov. KOps is currently in alpha state and is only truly set up for Private sector Azure for the State.
